Another "email rejected because of 552 Spam Message Rejected" error

There are several threads on this board with this same problem but they all seem to have individualised fixes, so I assume there's nothing I can do with my settings to change this.
One sender constantly gets his emails to my plusnet address rejected by the spam filter. What information do you need to be able to track this down and prevent the spam filter rejecting valid emails?
