Another plusnet customer is sending spam mail

Who do I need to contact about this? I'd rather not report it directly to spam cop for obvious reasons.

Please send a copy including full headers to abuse@plus.net and we'll sort it.

Ben, email sent with complete headers.
Its got a "html" file in a zip which is actually an executable.

It sent another one this morning.

The computer is still sending spam.
Is anyone at Plusnet actually doing anything about this?
As I run my own email server this PC is sending email directly to my server  - bypassing the PN email filters.
I'm about to put the IP address into my firewall and block it.

Do Plusnet actually look at the reports sent to abuse@plus.net and if so do they ever send a response to the person making the report? I've made a couple of reports in the past and can't remember if I got a response.

It is an actively monitored mailbox and will be picked up.

After 2 days I would hope it already has - the compromised machine is sending out emails with "hidden" executables (eg file.jpg.exe) and has been doing since Tuesday. So is someone actually doing something about it?

Up until yesterday there was a big backlog but our NetOps Team made a recent big push to clear their queue so you should see a change now. If not then please PM me full headers of the received email so I can trace the account.
