Whatever the tech people at Amazon did, it worked this time.
Looks like you were on the right track Bob and that it was down to Amazon.
Thanks for all your work investigating it though.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
