All my Plusnet emails and folders have disappeared !!

I have receive emails from Plusnet in the past to clean up my emails regularly, I do my best but the webmail system is laborious. Now all my emails and folders are gone. Is there an archive that I can get my emails back from? There's a lot of stuff I really need back. TIA, Rob.

I managed to get my emails un archived with the help of a Plusnet Chat person. Will switch to POP in future.
