Logged a call with support - was told might be able to restore mail -might be monday when the team can look into this. Just worried that one it get to monday they will say - we only keep backs a few days etc.

Background info - I use T-bird to sync imap files to local - last time I did this was 3 Oct. Login into day all mail and folders not on IMAP server so my local copy was deleted! Only mail on server is new mail from Thursday 5 Oct and no folders.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

We keep the archive for a good 30 days or so, so you should be OK. I'd offer to restore them for you now, but I can't reach the necessary server from the VPN
