Hi,
I'm looking for someone who works for Plusnet who can help with an email issue. We run a popular UK website with millions of users. I am noticing any emails we send to customers with .plus.com email addresses are being rejected as spam with messages similar to the following :
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host mx.avasin.plus.net [212.159.9.200]: 552 Spam Message Rejected
Our sending domain has the valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC records setup, and our emails are being accepted by all other major mail providers. The emails we send are only being sent to customers who have registered on our website, and the emails are important emails which give them updates on their accounts.
We would be grateful if someone could contact us regarding this issue and help us to successfully get our emails past your spam filters by possibly whitelisting our domain name. We are receiving complaints from our users with plus.com email address about this issue, and the only current workaround we have is to ask them to register on our website using an alternative email address. We have been asked by lots of our customers to contact you to help resolve the issue.
Kind Regards
Mark
