All my emails have disappeared from both the webmail and my iphone after reading various posts it would appear that they have been archived . Please can someone have a look at this.
Hi @NicciDav it would appear they have been archived as per this ticket on your account. I've requested they be restored which should take an hour or two and then your mail will start working again. Please make sure you reduce the size of the mail in the mailbox to prevent it from being automatically archived again.
