Advanced Webmail requests Captcha Data

When attempting to login to advanced webmail using Chrome, a dropdown window announces that the login was not successful because of a lack of Captcha data. I can login in to Basic webmail without a problem and have been using advanced webmail previously. Any suggestions.
Update - today (03/12/12) after a reboot of computer and router the email functions correctly in basic and advanced mode using Chrome. It looks like one of those one-off events that will never occur again!!

I've not heard of that before. Did you have any failed logins before that Captcha-related message appeared?
Are you able to login to Advanced Webmail using a different browser?

New IP address range perhaps? Might be worth a disconnect/reconnect.
