All my contacts in the address book have disappeared.
Has anything happened in the system and they can be retrieved or are have they been deleted permanently ?

What email address do you have? i.e. Plusnet, Madasafish, Metronet etc.

Hi Bob.
It's Plusnet webmail.
The complete contents of my address book has just disappeared so have had to import from another web address which doesn't have the same/number off addresses - just wondered what had happened.

Very odd
When was the last time you were able to access the data? We upgraded our Webmail software on Tuesday morning, but this shouldn't have affected your address book entries.

Bob,
Last look up address (to send an email) would have been 10:39 on Sat 04.03.2017 any after that were direct replies to emails received.
As I've imported most of my more important addresses it's not too traumatic but then sometimes the more obscure one's are the hardest to find later.
It's only of importance as, as you say, very odd.
