Accidental deletion of email

I selected the 'All' option on my email, not 'this page' (very confusing!) and when I deleted the messages. The Deleted folder does not have the deleted messages in (maybe too many?)

Is there any way to restore the  deleted messages?  Either to inbox of the deleted folder where I can sort them out?

Just to confirm, was this when you were using the Plusnet webmail portal, or were you using an email client?
