Accessing my email (again)

This is getting to be a habit.

I'm trying to access one of my mail boxes. I cannot do it!

I cannot remember wither it is <2nd name>+<primary name> or the other way round.

Whichever way I try my login fails.

I've been trying this (on and off) for weeks. Only now have I managed to fight my way through the plus net site to get here. I've lost patience previously, and it's diminishing rapidly as I type.

Can someone please tell me where I can ask a question. I just cannot find out where it is.

Hi keybasher, it's <primaryname+secondaryname>. (without <> obviously).

The password is the same as that which you use for the Portal/Member Centre and also Broadband access/login on the Router.

If you are having trouble with your password after that remember it's case sensitive. Getting to Questions/Tickets for this would just not happen. One of the help team here eg. @Chris @bobpullen would have to look at it for you. Or use Chat

I can't see any issues with your mailboxes from here.

Remember that the default mailbox is simply username to log in.
