Just to mention that I've waited a few days and can confirm the DKIM information is NOT appearing when I send to my Gmail account. Oh well.

Doesn't surprise me at all. As I said earlier , relay.plus.net is still using the Plusnet servers and is no indication of what the situation will be once the migration is fully complete

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
