Hi.
Someone I often email has just reported receiving '552' messages saying his email to me is undeliverable. He uses tiscali. I can allow him to continue via the Plusnet spam filter page, but I don't know why the problem has just started. I don't believe other people have the problem.
I can see this has happened to other people occasionally - is there a complete solution?
