I been getting that message for the last month on many of my emails especially those with multi recipients that have lots of replies. It also happens with urls in the body of text. PN said to try splitting up the url but it didn't make any difference. Some days I don't have a problem others I can't send unless I start a new email.

Thanks for your response. There was no url present in the txt.
It has to be something to do with the algorythm that the server uses.
Maybe someone from plusnet will respond

This was the thread I stared but I haven't got anywhere as yet - lets hope you have more luck and we both benefit.
(note I obviously missed the first 5 off the error message)

You need to be crystal clear where that error report is coming from.
If its from a PlusNet server it suggests that the email you sent contains something which is raising the SPAM risk assessment.
If it is from the receiver's domain, it could indicate that PlusNet's servers have been blackballed. When I looked last week, a number of PlusNet's servers were on spam blacklists.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
