552 Spam Message Rejected

Hello,

My client is trying to email a customer of Plusnet but they are getting an error message - '552 Spam Message Rejected'.

I'm unsure of what could be causing this - could someone please help to diagnose the issue as my client needs to send his customer an invoice for a purchase.

 

The email was sent from ian@antiquefurniture.tv - this is a google mailbox and (I'm his developer) I've checked DKIM and SPF is fully set up on the domain.

Hello, and welcome to the forums.

I suggest you edit your post to remove/obfuscate the email address, that's because spam bots could easily pick up the address from these forums.
