Hi there, are you definitely sure the domains are what caused the messages to be bounced rather than potentially any content within the messages?

It appears so - one of the senders has had their IT department look into this and they have suggested that it is a Plusnet issue - we have also had the sender try and send a blank email (no signature strip and no content) and it still gets rejected.  Plus previous experience in this area (dealt with in 2017 further up this thread) leads me to think it is a repeat of a previous issue (although the senders are different this time).

Hi @ultrasporteu, I understand you've also raised a ticket on your account regarding this.

 

I've checked the 2 domains you've mentioned on the ticket and they're not coming back as being flagged as spam domains, so it doesn't look like the sender domains are the cause of the problem upon initial investigation.

 

I've asked for some more information via the ticket on the account and escalated the ticket to myself to keep ownership of this moving forward. Please could you respond to the ticket with the requested information and I'll get that picked up and progressed as soon as possible for you.
