I really appreciate this forum - better advice/help than on the phone help line, particularly as I had already pretty much worked out what the problem was and just needed the offending content to be un-blacklisted.
For anyone else getting error 552, the error message is misleading as it seems to claim the e-mail is too big, but the times I got it that error message the e-mails were actually really small so could lead people on a wild goose chase if they think that is the problem.

i wonder if you can help one of our customors keeps emailing their clients and they are getting spam rejected from 

mx.avasin.plus.net   they was on two lists but this was a false postive and have been removed a few days ago.

ip is    could you also let me know why emails are being stopped

Hi @benprag, our anti-spam platform certainly doesn't like that IP address:

46.255.115.114 	CSI is currently publishing the reputation of this IP address as poor

Your customer will need to fill out a remediation request here.

Im having the same problem with my IP I have checked all the lists I could find. I tried entering it into the link you mentioned but it didnt work. Could you check it for me at your end? thanks

I realise that this thread is very old but I am having the same issues and not finding PlusNet to be very helpful thus far - can anyone help me ... exactly the same issue?

There are two new threads running today but one participant says that the problem may now be solved.  I have sent very recently four messages to replace earlier ones and none have been rejected yet.

I have been told the same by PlusNet on my 'ticket' but a still having problems - I am aware that it can take time for the resolution to take effect and am holding my breath - it has been a real nightmare so I hope it is resolved - I will revert in due course.

Hello Bob, my wife is getting the same problem when some emails are sent to her PlusNet [Removed] account with the most recent from walkiesu3a@gmail.com earlier today. How can we resolve this?

Welcome to the forums.

You really need to edit your post as spammers will use the email addresses you have posted. Never post personal data like email addresses in this forum.

Staff will ask for PM's if they need details like that.

@RichardMcGill, that GMail address comes back clean, so I can only assume it's something else in the body of the email that's triggering our spam filters.

Is there any way a copy of the email can be sent to a non-Plusnet address you have access to? If it turns up there, and you're able to provide the full content and headers from the received message then we should be able to work out what's going on.

Would suggest sending the details in a Private message, rather than posting here though.

I am now having similar problems with people trying to email me and their emails getting rejected by Plusnet as spam (not being picked up by my own spam filter on my Mac).  I have added two domains to my White List but it's not making any difference.  I have raised a ticket with Plusnet (after spending a considerable time on 'Chat' to no avail) but am hoping that someone reading this may be able to take faster action.
