2 many Emails

Why is it that every Email that i get from PN is sent to me twice  Huh
even when i get a bill notification i receive the same email twice 
Asus ROG Hero Vii Z97 , Intel i5 4690k ,ROG Asus Strix 1070,
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

Look here - https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=edit_details&s=0 (you will need to logon)
If there is an email address different to postmater@username.plus.com then that is the reason you receive 2x official communications.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Word of caution:
Make sure you always have a valid email address here. Some communication tends to only get sent to the contact address and not the postmaster alias. Just thought I'd mention it in case the OP was tempted to change it to something invalid/unmonitored.

on my member center i have the Postmaster @
also my rongtw acc
and a alias so it shows 3 but i thought PN would only send to the default  addy
