Change password testing

Hi all,
For those of you who have been helping with the testing so far, thank you. It's much appreciated.
We have another item we'd like to test, that is the change password functionality.
Once you've set up your router and left it for around an hour then it should be ready to try changing the password.
To do this:
1. Go to https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=change_password&s=0 and log in
2. Change your password
3. Wait 5 minutes and then reboot your router
4. Did your router reconnect automatically?
5. If you want you can change your password back to what it was previously.
If you can test this and leave feedback in here I'll pick it up, thanks.

Yep, it's already in the list but we've not had much specific feedback on it so I started this thread Cheesy

Re: Change password testing

There is another way to get to the change password page:
- Go to http://www.plus.net/
- Click 'Log In' (top right corner)
- Enter your username/password and login
- Click 'Account Details' (left hand menu)
- Click 'Change Password' (middle of the screen)

Re: Change password testing

I've changed my password 2 or 3 times since the website/router interface was built. The process worked OK on each occasion, including receiving the change confirmation email.

Re: Change password testing

Apologies guys - good intentions but lack of spare time to do this second phase of testing so far.  I'm away for the weekend, but will get around to it on Sunday evening.
