I have had no broadband at all since 13.05.06, when plusnet decided to take it away.The modem voyager is faulty, it will not transfer data at all, and when it does connect me it only last seconds!I have to stay with plusnet till my contract finishes in june, but i have been on manual dial up since 13.05.06 and it is a pain! The service support help has been pathetic, 3 weeks to try and fix problem is not acceptable, how long would they leave me like this if i was to stay with them. Anyway ive had enough and am going to a new ISP as recommended by WHICH magazine, i suggest you all do the same.
