inetinfo.exe hangs at 50%cpu

This is a real stab in the dark here, but I thought it was worth posting the question.

I run a windows 2000 server (SP4) that host a website behind RSA securID authentication. The problem I am encountering come when you try to log into the SECURID page. The authentication is approved by the RSA server but the inetinfo.exe process jumps to 50% and remains there. The web page does not continue with the login process and eventually fails.

Any ideas?

You could try using this to find out.......
ADPlus is a tool from Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) that can troubleshoot any process or application that stops responding (hangs) or fails (crashes). Frequently, you can use ADPlus (ADPlus.vbs) as a replacement tool for the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) Exception Monitor (6.1/7.1) and User Mode Process Dump. These are two separate tools that PSS frequently uses to isolate what causes a process to stop responding (hang) or quit unexpectedy (crash) in a Microsoft Windows DNA environment.

Thes links might help, might not............. Wink
