ZoneAlarm issue

Hi

I have had zone Alarm working on my PC and home network without problems for many years.

3 days ago I re-installed XP and ZoneAlarm was the first piece of software I installed. All has been well until a few minutes ago when I started getting messages every few minutes:

Quote
The firewall has blocked Internet access to 192.168.7.3 (NetBIOS Session) from your computer (TCP Flags: S0.

I currently only have two PC connected (192.168.7.2 and 4) the PC at 3 is no longer connected and hasn't been for several months.

Should I be concerned about this reports?

Regards

ZoneAlarm issue

It is your PC trying to contact the one on ip 7.3. Netbios is MSs way to determin what others PCS are on the local network.

It is nothing to worry about as it is one of those anoying MS things.

ZoneAlarm issue

Thanks Peter Smiley

I hate it when sudden unexpected messages happen especially when they come with red headings1

Strange, but after a spurge of them they have stopped.
