Please Help Windows XP pro permissions problem?

Anyone any ideas on how to sort this out.

My work PC has windows XP pro. It has to connect to another PC on our network to use its printer, the other PC runs NT4 sp6. I can see and use the printer when I'm in admin mode on my PC, but when I switch to my user profile on my PC, I can't see the printer or see it on the network? why. How to fix?

By this do you mean when logged on as Administrator and not your regular user account? If that's the case then you need to create an account on the NT machine with the same name and password as you.

When in admin mode on my PC printer is visable on network and can use as a shared printer.
Log off my admin profile and log in again on same PC as user, then no printers visable on network and shared printer gone too (thats visable in Admin mode)
Huh?

It's a permissions problem. You need the admin of the NT box to give rights to that printer to your user account. Obviously it is only available to 'administrators' at the moment.
