Mobility Radeon 9000 on RedHat

Does anyone know of a driver for the Mobility Radeon 9000 graphics card on RedHat Linux 9. The officail ATI site does not appear to support any of its' new Mobility card at all for Linux. Please could you help.

you can use the Radeon 9000 series Linux driver that's on the ATI website as it is suitable for the 9000 mobility graphics card.

WARNING: if your Laptop Manufacturer has modified the standard ATI implementation of the graphics then you may experience problems when installing the driver... so use of this standard linux graphics driver is totally at your discretion.

The generic ATI driver included with RH9 will run the 9000 quite adequately at up to 1024 x 768 and 85hz (providing your monitor is also set up correctly !!!)

yeah, the standard one is fine... but doesn't include all the hardware & opengl optimisations which might be why bramfam is looking for the drivers in the first place...
