How Do I Change Text On Plusnet Page

Hmm. Not sure which version of firefox you have but iirc there's an option in the contents settings to set your own style for websites to use, or use a pre-configured one. On mine it's Options -> content -> fonts and colours, then click advanced and tick the box that allows websites to choose fonts other than the one you specify. You'll also need to do the same with the colours button, just below the advanced one (the tickbox option in the new screen is the same).

Please let us know if this doesn't help,

The tick boxes you suggest are correct Matt but are enabled by default in firefox unless the op has changed them manually

I've had this happen a couple of times before and have found clearing the cache and/or a system reboot has sorted it out

Again let us know if this doesn't help

Tools -> Options -> Privacy

in here there's an option to ask before clearing private data, tick this (if it isn't) and then click the 'Clear Now' button. In the following popup you need to make sure that cache and cookies are ticked and probably authenticated sessions as well. Don't tick form data/saved passwords if you use them or you'll lose everything you've saved - if you autologin to your email client and don't have the password saved (why not, if not?) you'll lose this when the data is cleared, if it's ticked.

Once you've selected the data you want cleared (the three mentioned above are the only essentials) click the 'Clear Private Data Now' button, then close all instances of Firefox.

Hope this helps, please let us know if not.
