Firefox question....

Hi, having read many posts relating to firefox i can see this software is getting more popular and preferred by many and as i have only ever used IE i would quite like to give it a try, my question is can you install firefox along side IE and select which browser to use or does it effectively replace IE - if so is it easy to un-install?

thanks,

Firefox question....

I've just done exactly that, and run IE for the sites that don't work with firefox.

Seen no need to uninstall it, but don't see why you can't if you want to.

It's quite small, so installation is quick and easy.

Firefox question....

Yes, firefox will sit quite happily alongside IE in actual fact if it didn't windows wouldn't work as IE is effectively part of windows. If you wan't to unistall it I can't see any problem with uninstallation, but couldn't honestly say that i'd ever tried it.

Enjoy Firefox!
