Error after 'booting up'

Try Start - Run - then enter msconfig in the box that appears.

You will then get the option to alter what the machine boots up with.
Look under startup and also under services and see if its mentioned there.
If so untick and reboot.

Error after 'booting up'

Back up the registry first before you bin it and then if there are problems you can always go back to it.

you could download the Jave 2 environment and this *should* fix it, however it is safe to delete that file
