Emptying Internet explorer cache in XP

Anyone know a way to properly empty this. The option in IE just empties the index file but leaves a lot of stuff behind, in this case about 1Gb of invisible files according to folder "Properties"

Previously in 95 and 98 I could go into the "content" folders and clear them manually. This no longer works because XP explorer hides the folders too well.

Spybot can clean it
ZoneAlarm pro has an option as well.

Thanks folks

MS seems to have really screwed up!!

Disk clean up reported about 600Mb used but didn't delete any of it. I think it just calls IE to do the actual delete, and IE just empties its database without actually deleting files.

Fortunately it did give me a "view files" option which allowed me to get to

"C:\Documents and Settings\Oliver\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5"

and manually delete them.

I reckon that's a shortcut worth keeping.
