Ebuyer!!!!

Hi,

Insight are a large American / UK hardware retailer, there is NO relation between Insight and Ebuyer, apart from the fact that both their headquarters are based in the same city!

As has already been said, you should check out the 4th hit returned by a search for ebuyer in Google....

Ebuyer!!!!

FWIW, a few people have had problems with Scan.

I used to really like Jungle... they died at some point towards the end of last year though. Sad

Sometimes the expense of buying localy can save you in the long run, with the possbile cost of p&p for returns.

So if you can't find a good local shop then the dreaded PC World/Dixions. But online every site has its scare stories. So there much the same, some can be better some worse.

So if it's specific hardware, then go for the Over clockers suppliers. But one to miss is overclockers.co.uk, to many dodgy CPU's and mobos come from them to trust.

so a good list:

generic supplier

Unvalued customer since 2001 funding cheap internet for others / DSL/Fibre house move 24 month regrade from 8th May 2017

Ebuyer!!!!

I use Ebuyer, Ive had some problems but found them to be a bit better of late.
Dabs are good but they arent cheap.

Bit OT -
Jungle was bought by Great Univeral (GUS) a few years ago, they kept it running for a while, then the bought the infamous Breathe ISP which had gone bust. During the .com bubble burst they sold Breathe to Affinity after it went bust for the 2nd time, losing them a fair bit, so they consolidated thier debts and closed Jungle as well.

Needless to say Affinity has now gone bust too and sold the jinxed ISP on.

I had problems with Scan returning - they lost my refund and you still have to pay for the P&P.
