Anybody got recommendations for good Registry Cleaning Tool.

My system is getting noticeably slower and in the past I've just backed-up, formatted and started from scratch. Trouble is that there's always been something that got forgotten or lost no matter how much time I spent planning it.

Has anybody succesfully 'refreshed' a system with a registry cleaner? Any good/bad experiences?

Ashampoo Winoptimizer will get rid of most redundant files
from your drive and registry, have a go with the trial
version. As I use it regularly I can't say if my system
feels refreshed, but I haven't re-formatted for quite a while
and haven't noticed any slowdown.

Other more expensive tools like Norton and Vcom all do a good job. The real answer is to create a clean system with all you software loaded and then use ghost or truimage to create a image. Then every x Months role back with the image it only takes 10-15mins and is just as quick as messing with the reg.

The new Trueimage does a image while you work on your pc so you loose no productivite
