Allowing only certain IPs

I need to get some sort of comms solution.

Basically we have a large number of remote users, most of these will be using a dialup RAS solution which is fine.

5 users will be coming through a PSTN based router which we want to access via the internet each using thier own dialup account using a static IP.

They need to connect to a machine that will be on ADSL through a router.

Obviously I'll use port forwarding to forward the required port to the machine (4242), however I want to block access to all but the 5 IP addresses of the remote users from accessing the machine.
I know the CISCO ADSL router and Pix we use on our other ADSL link will allow blocking of other IPs, however Im looking for a cheaper option for this line.
Any suggestions on hardware?

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Allowing only certain IPs

I use a D-Link DSL504 and in it's advanced config you can allow certain IP's in on certain ports. I have a feeling it is restrictied to 4 rules though, which could be a problem unless your static IP's are concurrent numbers.
