why do I always get 2 emails from customer support?

well title says it all really, every message gets sent to me twice!
Any ideas?

This came up the other day in another thread.

IIRC they send one to "postmaster" and one to the address you registered under (even if this is also postmaster).

This is because people may no longer be monitoring the registration address, and/or may not be checking postmaster.

Belt 'n' braces, I guess - but I'd agree it's a bit annoying.

What I've done is remove the email address from my account details.

We do send out two mails to each person at the moment for the reasons highlighted above. This is on our list of things to do better and at some point we will provide full configuration options for how you want us to communicate with you!
