why cant customer support get things right?!

i dont know about other people but im getting sick and tired of having to explain my problems again and again on tickets as they aren't being read correctly. I've still got the outstanding issue on my line with the interference, i've told customer support i've tried everything, un-plugged extensions, tried the hardware in the test socket behind the master socket, changed the filters and yet i still get someone sending me back and to quote

"Actioned : Dear Mr Taylor,
Checking your connection logs reports your connection has been live for over 2.5 days. If the line noise you report is not present when the router and filter are plugged in, then this would indicate the noise is caused by your line set-up/devices past the main wall socket. Can you confirm if you have tested the issue with just the modem and a filter on the main wall socket, without having any other devices or connection points on the line (i.e no extensions or additional telephone points available).
If you require further assistance, please reply to this ticket and we maybe able to advise further.

Regards,"

The reason my internets been fine for 2.5 days is i haven't used the phone recently! Disconnection occurs when someone rings me or i ring out, but the interference is there all the time. I've got an open ticket with bt which i presume plusnet opened as i didn't.

Also, i email customer support trying to get a clear answer on how to retrieve email for my domain name, they said use the normal settings in outlook express but add the mailbox name.

i.e my domain email address is: info@prestonpcrepairs.co.uk

so i should login using stuarttaylor+info

yet again, no email, so i email support yet again, and get this reply:

"Actioned : Dear Mr Taylor,
I've refreshed your mailboxes, please allow 1 hour for the change to take affect. This should resolve the problem.

Regards, "

Well, i've waited till the following morning to test my email and i still cant retreive it, when i send a test to it from my hotmail i get an error message back

"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

My patience with this company really is running out, when i joined the connection was great, customer support excellent, and now its gone downhill. You end up with customer support staff that aren't able to answer queries not even with extensive information given.
