where's the email?!

i'm surprised (actually not really) that there wasn't an email informing all of us that the F-UP had to be delayed...

would have been good to get a heads up though email rather than forums which i don't read that often hence assuming not everyone reads

where's the email?!

There was an e-mail (if you have signed up for Service Status e-mails):

Subject: Fair Usage Policy - UPDATE

During the roll out of the new VMU pages early this morning, we encountered a problem
with the way the VMU tool is displaying usage data.

Until we have resolved this problem, we have chosen to delay Fair Usage.

To minimise inconvenience, necessary changes are usually made overnight, so we will not
be introducing the new VMU or Fair Usage today.

We will keep you posted with more information as soon as it becomes available.

Kind Regards,

where's the email?!

all i'm saying is if we get a blanket email to all saying that we're all going to the FUP, then it's only reasonable to expect a blanket email to all saying that it's been delayed

i haven't subscribed to the service status emails as many others (i'm assuming!) - just wondered

Hi there,

We did post an announcement. You don't have to be signed up to the service status email service as current status reports are available here.

I agree that an email may have been warranted though. An email will definately be sent once all goes live I would have thought.
