had no adsl all day, no sync with the exchange

on horrible 56kb modem now

how do i get plusnet to respond

open fault and called on phone to no avail

do they not prioritise problems

would have thought no adsl was high priority!

it'll now be another day as the problem is probly with the exchange and so they need to get bt on the case

very very annoying....where has the customer service goneHuh

Same problem. Unable to connect. ADSL status led flashing

Ring the customer support number to raise the problem or you could do it through the portal. All the best. Somebody please look into my problem as well, unable to connect/login.
