Yes, for the purposes of the SUP, off peak times are the same at the weekend.

that makes no sense to me , as Internet use changes at the weekends . people go out at night and watch films more .

Actually weekend usage is generally higher, with more usage across the whole day rather than mainly between 4pm and midnight.

So we're being generous by not extending the peak hours to cover weekends then Smiley

Ben, I'm warning you guys now. I don't want to leave but tell management that if they have any fancy plans to do that f2s is looking extremely attractive. ;-)

I may wink but I'm dead serious

As far as I know we're not planning on doing that, I was just trying to be a bit humourous.

Unfortunatley, for many customers including myself there isn't a lot PlusNet could do to suprise us anymore.

However if you could set off a fart machine under one of the directors, that might get me to stay even if such a thing were to happen ;-)

Anyway I've derailed this topic enough now. Before the really unhappy lot start moaning that happy users get away with everything I'll shut up.

(I bet the next post is from a Mod saying keep it on topic :razzSmiley

Dusty,

I can't find any ref' to "Weekends" in +net T&C's .

Lots of stuff on Mondays to Fridays and Working days..........
But weekends ............. not a sausage.

Maybe thats why the 30 days notice seems to be closer to 45.

I think he was saying that the position was that peak hours are the same at weekends as any other day (i.e 4pm to midnight) and not extended to reflect any additional network use at weekends. Hopefully, he will clarify this point.
