waiting for cgi activation

I activated this about 6 days ago. I'm still waiting for the email confirming the activation and supplying me with the relevant details. Can you let me know when this is likely to be completed?

Hi Bernard and Richard,

It looks like CGI is active on both of your accounts although I'm not sure why you haven't had the e-mail. You should be able to find everything you need to get started here:

I don't think these accounts activiated properly you can't see them from the browser and returns 404 errors all the time...

Cheers
Will

Customer Support - Please read this thread in cgi forum

Thanks Will, for coming over here... I originally came here and didn't get a particularly useful response, so went over the cgi forum. But it looks like no-one from Plusnet support is reading that forum :-(

OK I will raise a ticket. But I'm not very impressed with your processes (this is the first time I've looked for technical support since I joined PlusNet over 4 months ago):

a) when it works properly it takes 4 days to setup

b) no email with instructions (and therefore cgi was probably not setup correctly), and I'm left to work out where I need to put files from the sparse technical documentation I can find on your site

c) inadequate checking that it is correctly setup when I point out that I have had no further instructions from you

d) no response from Customer Support to post in cgi forum after I try to work it out for myself

e) looks from your last email that I will have to wait a week for this to be looked at...

Hmm...well, I'm glad I haven't locked myself into an ADSL contract with you yet...
