Which account are you on as there are some differences in the tool for different accounts? There have been delays with the rollout of the new VMBU tool, so most customers will not have the new VMBU which was supposed to have arrived in sync with the product changes (on your billing date).

Hi,

I am on Pay As You Go account.

I think it may well be the case that the new VMBU tool doesn't show PAYG customers usage by traffic type.

Hi,

The new VMBU isn't available on PAYG accounts, the old one has been updated to show overnight usage seperately though. The mean reason is that PAYG doesn't include the different levels of manangement that Plus and Premier do which are built into the new VMBU and the way they treat the different protocols.

Dave, Should I be able to see this separation as my account has been changed over?

Thanks, although i was looking forward to this option for PAYG.

Any chance of earlier 8mb upgrade to make up for the loss of this feature? Tongue

Is the rollout of the new VMBU happening for Premier customers at the moment too, or only the updated one for PAYG users? My billing date was the 3rd so I was in the first batch of people to be moved over, but don't have the new VMBU yet.

It is being rolled to Plus and Premier, we did about 600 yesterday and should start to see more being caught up shortly.

It is being rolled to Plus and Premier

Does that mean it's not actually being rolled to PAYG at the present?
