can any one say what they class Broadband phonecalls as to get that figure

Hi,

Broadband Phonecalls will include all types of VoIP service, so there'll be PlusTalk, Skype, other SIP services, pretty much anything that makes a phonecall over the 'net.

And if your P2P connections are using any of the standard VoIP ports, then these will be counted as VoIP rather than P2P.

If they get counted as VoIP surely they get prioritised as VoIP. That would be a very easy way of getting round the P2P restrictions!
