Used to have the same problem but with teamspeak. Had to go in a ticket and post a wirseshark dump, i wasnt told there was a reason but from this they found the problem and it worked ever since.
Yep, if you can attach a short packet capture to a ticket then we can categorically tell you how the traffic is being prioritised. There have been problems with Ventrillo in the past however these have since been resolved AFAIK.
