Status: Green
Good News, BT have finished enabling this exchange for Max DSL products.
Products will be available from 31/03/06.
Speeds: Our test also indicates that your line should be able to support a potential ADSL Max broadband line rate of 6.5Mbps up to 8Mbps

If you haven’t use the queue jump facility.

When…. No dates yet but if you do the above it will be sooner rather than later
(starting to sound like a CSC answer !)

Modem/router…… What make ?

Sorry didn't see the bit about having been advised that you were going to be upgraded.

Check your tickets. Have PN put one there saying an order has been placed with BT

Somewhere in your router interface it will tell you the speed you are synced at - if you can't find it post to say what make/model it is and someone will point you in the right direction.

Connect to your routers status page
The sync rate (called Data rate on the status page) can be found at the bottom left under the heading ADSL and then Data Rate.

It’s page 23/24 of the downloadable handbook from http://web.belkin.com/support/
