im on premier one and would like to upgrade payg 12g i understand their no charge but if it does suit me would their be a charge to move back to premier one?

Are you sure? If he were paying £22.49 for PAYG wouldn't this come under the drop in price rule?

Nope, I don't think so.

The only reason he would be paying £22.49 would be because it's the nearest priced to a Premier Product, without it being cheaper.

I don't think your billing date will be changed whenever you upgrade - but you will need to check this.
