updating account?

i notice your plugging this new BB home premier with virus and spam blocker included.
So this is Home Surf self install -With free virus and spam blocker repackaged? £21.99 a month.
IF yes ,How do i go about changing from my existing Home Surf to this new deal?
and can i still have monthly rollover or have to sign to a 12 monther?
and are there any sneaky caps?

Yes, the new broadband Home products were released on 1st June.

err, no. It's actually based on the ADSL Home product which was also £21.99 as it and the new broadband products don't have the limited webspace and text only newsgroup access. All the new products have 250MBytes webspace and not newsgroup retsrictions.

but for simplicity I could have just said yes.

You raise a contact us ticket and ask to be moved to the new product - and say which one you want premier (which is uncapped) or one of the capped products. There may be a cost involved depending on what you choose.

You can choose but the costs will vary depending on whether you choose a monthly contract or a yearly one.

Caps, yes (unless you choose premier which is uncapped)
Sneaky, no, it's clear what you are getting, even for the capped products.

For details of the costs involved see the following table: http://www.plus.net/support/faq/upgrade_guide.shtml#q7
