unaswered ticket(s) - again

I would appreciate if anyone from PN could look at my tickets 20037541 and / or 19915885 from Wednesday / Thursday which refer to the same thing and seem to have been abandoned. The payment for line re-activation doesn't appear to have been taken since Wednesday night and should I presume I'll be waiting another 7 working days from the day it is taken, IF it's ever taken (when?)
btw, I have tried to move the issue forward using PN telephone support, but after 4 failed attempts to speak to a human I can see clearly why people are so derogatory about "telephone support".
