ticket has been deleted

Yesterday, i sent a response back to the support team regarding the bt engineer that was supposed to come to my house. Today i go onto the tickets page and there is nothing there! I did not close the ticket ethier, can someone tell me what is going on?

you may find that plusnet have closed the ticket from there end,

this can happen if they think the issue has been resolved.

check your ticket history

i cant find the ticket now, and since the engineer was supposed to come this friday, i need a response to the time i asked for, can someone from plusnets end fix this please?
