You may aswell give up if you are waiting for plusnet to awnser an open ticket, not too long ago they bragged about average response time to a ticket was 3 to 6 hrs. :lol: laugh

Its now about 1 to 2 weeks. If its not an automated response you have no chance.

You may as well travel to the plusnet offices go into the server room & fix the BRAS profile problem yourself.

God I'm trying so hard to be patient, what is happening with PN!

Why cant they let me know when they will look into the problem, if they said "We will be looking at your problem in X days" then at least I know where I stand but nothing, nothing at all no feedback what so ever. A month ago if anyone said to me to recommend an ISP I would of said plusnet no doubt!, Now I'd say........Well it would get censored.

I posted earlier that if you want a response to a ticket you will need to close your open ticket and copy everything into a new ticket (this only applies if you have already got a response to an original ticket) and the reason is that all new tickets are given priority over old open tickets.

I hope this helps.. let me know if so or if no... Otherwise use http://www.plus.net/investors/contact/Contact.shtml ... they had someone call me.

Not sure if that will work due to all this “takeover bids” and stuff.

Why would I fill this in, there is no customer support queries.

Plus raising a new ticket would surely put it to the back of the queue not the front. What sort of logic is that?, clear the new before the old?

Well I suppose we are talking about PN!!

I'll give them 1 more week, then its MAC request time which could take weeks I know but this company is sinking past the point of no return.
