still shocking pings and slow speeds

Despite many people posting to advise Pn of slow speeds and pings nothing appears to have changed. I'm not using any games just normal browsing.



You are currently connected to the "Telehouse East, Juniper 3" gateway. This gateway is sometimes known as pte-ag1.

bbc.co.uk avg=25ms
ntl.com avg=39ms
virgin may not respond to ping, that's there choice
microsoft.com same as above
bbc.co.uk avg=24ms

My other spped tests all show latancy as being high.

That's the latency from the speed tester to you, they could be congested. With that particular speed tester I've noticed if you do two or three times in a row the latency can drop.
