Can anyone confirm if the BT speedtest web site that your asked to use durning the fault rasing process is currently down?

I've been trying over the last 2 hours and keep getting a system busy message.

Its not unusual for it to be unavailable, that's just how it is and you have to keep trying later.

The old one which you access using the speedtest@speedtest_domain login is being withdrawn and replaced with the new one.

Cheers, but both are still giving the same busy message.

The reason why I'm trying to raise the ticket is I've been recently upgraded to a 8Mb connection but can't acheive more than 2Mb. I've ran the BT Speedtest twice yesterday with roughly the same results:

Has the regrade only been done in the last few days? It looks like the new speed hasn't filtered through all the various databases yet and updated on our side.

I've manually changed this for you so if you disconnect and reconnect to allow the change I've made to take effect you should see a speed increase.
