the last few days my connection seems to have gone from a stable 3mb to about 100kbs would there be any reason for this sudden drop in speeds?

Hi there,

This is related to the ongoing problems that we are seeing with peak time speeds on Broadband Plus. This is being investigated with daily workshops and an internal priority 1 problem.

Looking into your account, you regular go over, or very close to, 4gb of usage each month. As such, I would have to say that the product you are on isn't really suitable, and would suggest having a look at PAYG or Premier.
