This is the last post i will make after 3 months of either no or poor connection service. the time has come to get out. I have no confidence in the plusnet customer service to solve issues

Hi ian42,

I have had a look at the tickets on your account, and this has indeed been badly handled, especially due to the amount of times BT have not been to your premises when scheduled, (Not that I am saying BT were all to blame) and for this we apologise.

We are sorry to see you leave and that you have had a bad experience with our service.
